Work on high-profile construction projects for globally recognized luxury retail brands. We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator with a strong background in cost planning, budgeting, and preconstruction to support a growing pipeline of complex retail builds.
About the Role
As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates across all project phases. This role focuses on construction scope, budgeting, and cost control while supporting high-end retail buildouts and flagship developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed construction cost estimates and budgets
- Review drawings, specifications, and project scopes for accuracy and completeness
- Perform quantity takeoffs covering all trades and construction components
- Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor and supplier bids
- Develop pricing for labor, materials, equipment, and general conditions
- Identify cost risks, gaps, and value engineering opportunities
- Support bid submissions, contract negotiations, and preconstruction planning
- Work closely with project managers and field teams to ensure alignment from estimate to execution
Requirements
- 3β5 years of construction estimating experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and trade sequencing
- Experience with commercial, retail, or high-end interior projects preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Procore, or similar estimating tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
