Role: IT Analyst II - Desktop Support
Location: Valley, Nebraska(onsite)
The Opportunity
Must haves:
- 7 years of IT Infrastructure hands on, in person experience supporting Windows PCs, Windows Server OS, HP and Zebra printers, and basic networking.
- Azure & Intune experience
- Windows PC & Windows Server support
- Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, NAC)
- HP/Zebra manufacturing printer support
Nice to have:
- Manufacturing plant IT support experience
- Microsoft 365 / Office 365 and Microsoft Teams support
- ITSM (IT Service Management) experience
- MOC (Management of Change) experience
- Experience managing IT dashboards and ticket queues
- Site vulnerability management experience
- FDA and GMP regulated environment experience
- Business process analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering experience
