We have an upcoming opportunity with one of our insurance clients and Healthcare client for a Customer Care Representative role.


Class Start Date: 11/16/2026


I have been advised that all roles will now be remote; however, candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of one of the following locations:

  • Fort Worth, TX
  • Omaha, NE
  • Cary, NC
  • Oriskany, NY
  • Warwick, RI
  • Tampa, FL


Key Requirements:

  • Strong customer service/call center experience
  • Calling experience is mandatory
  • Excellent communication and customer handling skills
  • Insurance industry experience is preferred


Note: Candidates without a calling/customer support background will not be considered for this role.
