Your new role

As a Heavy Civil Superintendent, you will play a key role in delivering DOT-focused infrastructure projects across the San Antonio area. You will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, overseeing crews, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project schedules. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to coordinate activities, manage sequencing, and drive productivity across the site.

This position is suited to someone looking to establish themselves long-term in San Antonio, supporting ongoing and future projects as the business continues to expand in the region.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in heavy civil construction
• Strong DOT project experience (TxDOT preferred)
• Background in roadway, earthworks, paving, or infrastructure projects
• Ability to manage multiple crews, equipment, and subcontractors
• Strong understanding of scheduling, safety, and site coordination
• A clear commitment to staying in the San Antonio area long-term
• Strong leadership and communication skills
