Your New Role
- Take ownership of a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations
- Lead, coach, and develop account teams to drive high performance and engagement
- Hold full accountability for financial performance, including P&L management
- Identify and deliver growth opportunities across existing accounts, including additional services and projects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular reviews and engagement
- Contribute to business development activities, including bids, presentations, and client solutions
- Assist in the mobilization of new contracts, ensuring smooth transitions into operations
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement and business performance
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 8 years of relevant experience within facilities management, operations, or similar environments
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-site or multi-client portfolios
- Strong commercial awareness with proven P&L management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills in complex environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
- Strong Facilities management technical understanding
