Your new role
- Clean, organize, and analyze Kingsley survey data across multiple markets
- Identify trends, gaps, and performance shifts related to tenant satisfaction
- Summarize insights into clear, actionable takeaways
- Upload and validate property assessment reports in the Riskwise system
- Track submissions, flag discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams
- Create visuals, tables, and summaries for reporting and presentations
- Support ESG and enterprise reporting inputs
- Respond to ad hoc data requests and help improve reporting workflows
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required) and PowerPoint (preferred)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to translate data into meaningful insights
- Clear written and verbal communication
- (Preferred) Experience with survey data, visualization tools, or reporting systems like Riskwise
