Your new role
As a Project Manager, you will oversee a range of base‑build and interior renovation projects valued between $12M and $60M.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through close‑out
- Overseeing budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communications
- Working closely with field leadership to ensure safe, high‑quality project delivery
- Navigating secure project environments and maintaining compliance with project‑specific requirements
- Representing the company’s commitment to excellence on every project
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of ground‑up and interior renovation work
- Ability to operate effectively within secure, sensitive, or government‑related project environments
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities
- A proactive, solutions-driven approach with a commitment to quality
