Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Executive to oversee and manage the execution of electrical engineering projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in electrical systems, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Coordination:
• Lead and coordinate electrical engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications
• Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Allocate resources effectively and manage project teams
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Design & Technical Oversight:
• Oversee the design and implementation of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems
• Review and approve electrical designs, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards and local electrical codes
• Budget & Cost Management:
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution of electrical projects
• Monitor project expenditures, including materials, labor, and other resources, to prevent budget overruns
• Provide regular updates to management on project financial status
• Team Leadership & Supervision:
• Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers, technicians, and subcontractors
• Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations for team members
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment
• Quality Control & Compliance:
• Ensure the quality of work adheres to company and industry standards
• Perform regular site inspections to verify work is proceeding as per design specifications
• Address and resolve any technical or quality-related issues promptly
• Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:
• Maintain clear and regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients
• Negotiate contracts, change orders, and additional work as required
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks associated with electrical projects and develop mitigation strategies
• Address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to

• Health & Safety:
• Ensure all electrical work complies with health and safety regulations
• Conduct safety audits and ensure that safety protocols are followed on site
  
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project execution
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or other relevant certifications preferred.
