Summary
The position will analyze the needs of Justice Courts and assist staff with development of Microsoft (MS) Access Databases, including but not limited to tables, queries, forms, and reports. Analyze complex data to develop automated reporting. Develop MS Access/Excel VBA programs to perform tasks automatically. Create/edit new and/or existing macros to work with a large amount of data.
• Designs, develops, and maintains Access databases to meet specific data management needs.
• Enters data and provides tables, queries, forms, and reports as needed
• Analyzes complex data and develops automated reporting functions
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate Access databases with other business applications.
• Provides ongoing support and training to users on Access database functionality.
• Ensures the security and integrity of the database systems.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.Education and Experience:
College/University student pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Administration, Computer Engineering or a related field.
Preferred: Related database experience in MS Access and working knowledge of MS SQL.Other Qualifications, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
• Valid Texas Driver’s License.
