We're looking for a dependable and motivated Operations Lead to help keep our warehouse and store operations running efficiently. In this role, you'll provide daily leadership to the operations team while ensuring merchandise is received, stored, staged, and delivered safely and accurately. What You'll Do
As an Operations Lead, you'll play a key role in supporting daily warehouse and store operations by:
- Coordinating daily work assignments and supporting the operations team.
- Ensuring merchandise is received, stocked, staged, and moved safely and accurately.
- Managing pull lists for customer load-outs and product replenishment.
- Verifying sold merchandise for payment, documentation, and condition before customer pickup.
- Identifying and reporting damaged merchandise.
- Directing product flow from warehouse racks to staging areas and the sales floor.
- Maintaining organized storage areas and ensuring merchandise is properly wrapped and protected.
- Assisting customers and team members with product identification and SKU verification.
- Performing inventory counts and communicating discrepancies.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicating priorities and operational updates with management.
- Following all company safety policies and operational procedures.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
