Hayes Manufacturing is looking for an Inside Sales Representative at our Fife Lake, MI location. In this position, you will work with clients who have requests, orders, or complaints, or who require information about products/services purchased from the organization. You’ll provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers' needs while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
What You’ll Do:
· Serve as a customer point of contact.
· Provide quotes to customers via email and phone calls, responding promptly to inquires.
· Follow up with new customers.
· Follow up on customer quotes.
What You’ll Need:
· 3-5 years of relevant experience.
· Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
· A helpful, customer-focused attitude.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
What Helps:
· Prior work experience in a manufacturing setting.
