About the RoleEBM Marketing is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our Saginaw team. This is an in-person, customer-facing position where you'll interact directly with customers inside assigned retail environments.
You'll receive paid training to learn our products and services, customer engagement process, and sales approach. Previous sales experience is not required—we're looking for people who are professional, dependable, coachable, and comfortable communicating with customers.
What You'll Do- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Ask questions to understand customer needs
- Explain available products, services, and promotions
- Answer questions and provide accurate information
- Assist with applicable purchases, enrollments, or activations
- Develop customer service, communication, and sales skills
- Participate in paid training and ongoing coaching
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
Previous experience in any of these areas can be helpful:
- Retail or customer service
- Restaurants or hospitality
- Wireless or electronics
- Guest services
- Sales or promotions
- Other face-to-face customer roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and dependable
- Comfortable working directly with customers
- Coachable with a willingness to learn
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
This is a full-time, W-2 position with hourly base compensation. Certain positions may also offer additional performance-based compensation. Any additional performance compensation is separate from base hourly pay and is not guaranteed.
