ENTRY-LEVEL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

About the Role
Saginaw Retail Group is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative in Flint, MI. This is a direct, face-to-face retail sales position where representatives work with customers inside an assigned retail location.
You'll receive paid training on our products and services, customer engagement process, and sales procedures. Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.
Products & Services We Represent
Depending on the assigned retail location and client program, our representatives may provide customer education and sales support for:
- Wireless and mobile services
- Home internet and connectivity services
- Energy services
Specific products and services may vary by assigned retail location and client program.
What You'll Do
- Engage customers inside an assigned retail location
- Ask questions to identify customer needs
- Present available products, services, pricing, and promotions
- Explain product and service options accurately
- Assist customers with applicable sales, enrollments, and activations
- Maintain current product and service knowledge
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Participate in paid training and ongoing coaching
Experience That Transfers Well
Relevant experience may include retail, customer service, restaurants/hospitality, wireless/electronics, guest services, promotions, or other face-to-face sales roles.
Compensation
Base pay is $16–$20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
This is a full-time W-2 hourly employee position. Representatives may also have opportunities to earn additional commission based on sales performance. Commission is paid in addition to the hourly base rate and is not guaranteed.
