Position Overview
As a Sales Representative with Omni Metalcraft, you’ll learn how to support customers by identifying needs, providing solutions, and building lasting relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with people, and wants to develop professional sales and technical skills.
What You’ll Do (With Training & Support)
- Contact customers by phone and email to introduce products and follow up on opportunities
- Research customer needs and help identify potential solutions
- Learn how to prepare quotes and support existing sales opportunities
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Work closely with experienced team members who will mentor you
What We’re Looking For
Experience is helpful but not required—we’re willing to train the right person.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn technical products and industry terminology
