Inside Sales Representative – Material Handling
Amigo Mobility is seeking a motivated, results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Material Handling team. This role will manage inbound leads, develop sales opportunities, and generate new business within assigned territories across the U.S. and Canada.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales professional who enjoys hunting for new business, building relationships, and closing sales. You will sell directly to end-user customers as well as through Amigo's dealer network. You are comfortable making phone calls, prospecting through email and LinkedIn, and taking ownership of your pipeline and results.
Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify inbound leads, developing qualified prospects into opportunities and sales.
- Proactively prospect for new business through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Manage opportunities from discovery through close, including identifying trial opportunities and gaining prospect commitment to a trial.
- Work with the National Sales Manager to schedule onsite demonstrations for national account opportunities when appropriate.
- Build relationships with prospects, customers, dealers, and key decision makers while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Maintain a clean, accurate, and up-to-date CRM, including lead and opportunity status, customer information, activities, and next steps.
- Travel occasionally for local customer visits and sales opportunities while working closely with the Senior Account Executive and internal teams.
Qualifications
- 2 years of B2B sales, inside sales, business development, or similar experience preferred.
- Proven ability to prospect and generate new business.
- Strong phone, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
- Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive, persistent, and results oriented.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate CRM records.
