We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead the delivery of a large-scale renewable energy program (~10GW). This individual will provide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of utility-scale projects, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget execution.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing complex, multi-billion-dollar infrastructure programs across solar, wind, and energy storage assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level leadership across a multi-project renewable energy portfolio (~10GW total capacity)
- Oversee full project lifecycle including development support, preconstruction, execution, and commissioning
- Drive P&L accountability, budget performance, and commercial outcomes across all projects
- Lead and mentor Project Directors, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams
- Establish and enforce best-in-class safety, quality, and execution standards
- Manage relationships with owners, utilities, EPC partners, and key stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams
- Identify and mitigate risks across large-scale programs, including schedule, cost, and supply chain challenges
- Support contract strategy, negotiations, and major procurement decisions
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or energy projects, ideally within renewable energy (solar, wind, BESS, or hybrid systems)
- Demonstrated experience working on large, complex projects and/or programs (multi-GW, multi-billion-dollar scope strongly preferred)
- Proven track record in a Project Executive / Director / Senior Leadership role with full lifecycle responsibility
- Strong background in EPC project delivery and construction execution
- Experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams
- Deep understanding of commercial structures, contracts, and project controls
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading utility-scale renewable portfolios (5GW preferred)
- Background with developers, IPPs, EPC contractors, or major utilities
- Familiarity with grid infrastructure, interconnection, and energy storage integration
- Strong stakeholder management across investors, regulatory bodies, and joint venture partners
