Hay Runner is looking for a skilled Millwork Team Member to join our shop team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, enjoys collaborative work, and wants to be part of a company doing thoughtful, high-quality residential and custom projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Fabricate custom millwork including cabinetry, built-ins, trim packages, and specialty components
- Read and interpret shop drawings and design details
- Operate shop equipment safely and efficiently (table saw, jointer, planer, shaper, CNC experience a plus)
- Work closely with designers, project managers, and site carpenters to ensure quality and fit
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
- Contribute ideas and problem-solving to improve processes and outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
- Mid to upper-level millwork or finish carpentry experience
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Solid understanding of woodworking methods, materials, and tolerances
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
- Reliable, professional, and communicative
- Experience with custom residential work strongly preferred
