Key Responsibilities:
- Organize several differing calendars for the leadership team, adapting quickly to changing schedules while maintaining strong organization.
- Manage complex travel booking, including flights, visas, hotels, and itineraries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize administrative needs.
- Manage day-to-day tasks and anticipate the needs of the firm.
- Stay informed on the status of projects to assist with general questions, proactively responding to executives on deliverables.
- Interface regularly with both internal and external parties and liaise with the senior management team to facilitate communication and coordinate messaging.
- Prepare technology for presentations, meeting rooms, and develop or edit PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets as needed.
