Key Responsibilities:
- Manage busy office phone lines, warmly greet visitors, and serve as a professional gatekeeper to the public.
- Coordinate conference room reservations and prepare rooms for meetings; manage the busy conference room calendar.
- File and retrieve documents, records, and reports to assist with the management of the deals.
- Assist with office events, including vendor coordination and onsite execution.
- Provide administrative support to the DC team and help out with special assignments as needed.
