HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, policies, and day-to-day HR matters.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of administrative and professional positions, from sourcing candidates through onboarding.
• Support compensation initiatives by assisting with job evaluations, market research, salary analysis, and annual review processes.
• Coordinate employee development efforts by identifying training opportunities and helping deliver learning programs for managers and staff.
• Advise managers on leave-related matters while helping coordinate accommodations and return-to-work solutions for employees.
• Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure a positive and seamless employee experience.
• Respond to employee questions, provide guidance on HR programs and policies, and connect team members with appropriate resources.
• Contribute to HR projects and provide cross-functional support to ensure continuity across recruiting, onboarding, and employee services.

• HR champion. You have at least four years of progressive human resources experience supporting managers and employees across a variety of HR functions. Experience in employee relations is required!
