KEY OBJECTIVES:
Enhance Project Administration
- Improve responsiveness and accuracy in managing key project details.
Boost Quality Standards
- Elevate the quality of submittals, tracking, and schedules.
Streamline Processes
- Reduce redundant administrative tasks to optimize efficiency.
Bridge Field and Office
- Ensure seamless data flow between on-site operations and office teams.
Pre-Project
- Cost Report setup
- Setup code sheets
- Sub/Supplier contact list
- Project schedule (P6)
- Subs approval (KDOT)
- Permit application submittal (RR, USACE, KDOT)
- Shop drawing submittals
Project Management
- Review weekly time and quantities
- Update weekly incentive report for Monday safety Meetings
- Update project schedule
- Change orders (time and material and unit price) and RFI’s
- Plan revisions, send to subs and suppliers, update plan sets for office and field
- Email correspondence to owner/engineer for project issues
- Weekly progress photos
- Review cost report weekly for accuracy and cost trends (Review with Job Sponsor)
- Stored Material Requests
- Job specific daily requirements
- Payment procedure (pay application if needed, and payment verification)
- Railroad coordination
Project closeout
- Project specific closeout document requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and AutoCAD.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Familiarity with Viewpoint Software.

• Stand for long periods of time.

• Carry tools and equipment.
• Be able to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl for long periods of time.
