CORE DUTIES
Accounting Operations
Provide day-to-day support to the accounting team, focusing on:
- Payroll management.
- Accounts payable processing.
- General ledger accounting.
- Cash management.
- Job costing analysis.
- Account reconciliations.
Financial Leadership
- Take ownership of financial statement preparation, management reporting, and budgeting for all subsidiaries.
Audit & Compliance
- Support the annual audit and income tax return preparation for the company and its subsidiaries.
Risk Management
- Offer insights and strategies to mitigate financial risks and enhance accounting practices.
Process Improvement
- Lead initiatives to streamline accounting operations and improve overall efficiency.
Additional Duties
