What you’ll do:
- Evaluate and code checks
- Review monthly cash receipts and reconcile bank accounts
- Prepare monthly schedules of A/R, A/P, investments, and insurance registers
- Prepare schedules for fixed assets and depreciation, grants, and inventories
- Prepare journal vouchers
- Prepare client budgets, budget revisions, monthly and yearly financial reports
- Prepare and submit reports via HUD websites/prescribed forms
- Other duties as assigned
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Associate’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills, especially proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work occasional overtime throughout the year
- Ability to meet deadlines and effectively solve problems
