Receptionist Description:
We are seeking a welcoming and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a receptionist. Under the direction of the Member Services Manager, this position is responsible for providing direction and assistance for all incoming telephone calls and ensures all walk-in members receive the highest level of service to meet their financial needs. This position will also provide clerical support to department staff.
Receptionist Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of experience in an office or clerical setting preferred.
- Additional computer training or certification is a plus.
