Hawaiian Building Maintenance (HBM) has been providing quality service since 1957. We are one of the largest facility service providers in the State of Hawaii. We currently perform janitorial building services, mechanical engineering, HVAC and maintenance services for numerous commercial, retail and residential properties on Oahu, Kauai, Maui and the Big Island.

• Position: Night Porter - Custodial
• Location: Honolulu, HI 96813
• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM (17.5 hours weekly)
• Compensation per hour: $17.00
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities and Requirements Include:

• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently on assigned tasks.
• Cleaning and maintaining the location, which includes: sweeping, dusting, mopping, sanitizing, and vacuuming.
• Cleaning restrooms and storage areas.
• Removing trash, replacing liners, and disposing of waste in designated areas.
• Restocking supplies.
• Candidates must be capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching (including overhead), grasping objects, kneeling, crawling, squatting, climbing, stooping, stretching, pressing, pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting a minimum of 20-30 lbs.
• Performing additional tasks as directed by the HBM supervisor.
• Must successfully pass the HBM prescreen check.
