• Schedule: Monday-Friday from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively in English with team members, tenants, vendors, and management.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned location during your shift.
• Respond to emails and phone calls promptly and maintain effective communication with the team and property manager.
• Lead and supervise a custodial team with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Review and submit employee time cards promptly.
• Restock and collect supplies.
• Maintain the cleanliness of common areas within the building.
• Clean restrooms, parking lots, walkways, and restock supplies as needed.
• Remove and dispose of trash in designated areas.
• Operate a leaf blower.
• Use of a 10ft. ladder
• Drive a golf cart in assigned areas.
• Conduct routine maintenance and include painting tasks
• Push trash bins when necessary.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Use a smartphone to upload information online, communicate via email, submit reports and respond to phone calls and text messages.
• Follow safety procedures and report safety issues or building problems (e.g., burnt light bulbs).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  
  

Skills/Qualifications:

• Must pass the HBM prescreen check.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to drive a golf cart
• A valid Hawaii driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required.
• Previous supervisory or related experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Strong public relations and communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic manual labor, painting, staining wood, cleaning common areas, and tasks requiring physical strength, such as pressing, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 40 lbs. frequently, carrying at least 25 lbs. (up to 50 lbs.), reaching overhead, grasping objects, bending, kneeling, walking, crawling, squatting, climbing, stretching, walking up and down stairs, and using a ladder.
