We currently perform janitorial building services, mechanical engineering, HVAC and maintenance services for numerous commercial, retail and residential properties on Kaua'i, O'ahu, Maui and Hawai'i island. We also offer restoration services for various issues, including water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation on Oahu. Maintain cleanliness of all common areas within the building, including sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing floors, and carpet cleaning.
Remove and properly dispose of trash in designated areas to maintain a sanitary environment.
Clean restrooms, walk paths, and restock necessary supplies to ensure all areas meet high standards of hygiene and appearance.
Stand and walk for extended periods while performing cleaning tasks with attention to detail and thoroughness.
Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and guidelines to promote a safe workplace.
Report safety issues or building problems (i.e. burnt light bulbs, etc.)
Perform any additional duties as assigned to support overall building maintenance and team success.
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous janitorial, custodian experience or related experience is preferred, and willing to train
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English with team members and management.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Willingness to follow all safety protocols and report any issues promptly.
Applicants must perform basic manual labor, clean common areas, press, push, pull, frequently lift 40lbs, carry a minimum of 25lbs (up to 50lbs), be able to reach overhead, grasp objects, bend, kneel, walk, crawl, squat, climb, stretch, walk up and down the stairs and use a ladder climb up and down and stand throughout their shifts.

- Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM or 4:30PM - 9:30PM
- Compensation per hour: $16.00
