We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and trustworthy individual with excellent customer service skills and detailed oriented individual to clean and maintain a retail commercial center. Ideal candidates will have good communication/previous janitorial, custodian, or related experience, ability to work with customers/vendors, able to perform quality control checks, scheduling, and admin. Must have a valid driver's license, have a dependable vehicle, communicate by email, timekeeping, utilize the phone for incoming, outgoing calls, and text messages. Lead and oversee a janitorial team, utilizing strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Review and submit time cards promptly.
Collect supplies as needed.
Perform basic maintenance tasks, including:
Clean restrooms, parking lots, and walk paths, and restock supplies.
Remove and dispose of trash in designated areas.
Operate a pressure washing machine.
Use a leaf blower or handheld blower as required.
Push trash bins when necessary.
Stand and walk for extended duration of shift.
Utilize a smartphone for uploading information online, communicating via email, and responding to calls and text messages.
Adhere to safety procedures.
Report safety concerns or building issues (e.g., burnt-out light bulbs).
Carry out any additional duties as assigned.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Valid Hawaii driver's license and a reliable vehicle preferred.
Previous janitorial, custodian experience or related experience is preferred, and willing to train.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
Must have good public relations skills and communication.
Applicants must perform basic manual labor, painting, stain wood, clean common areas, press, push, pull, frequently lift 40lbs, carry a minimum of 25lbs (up to 50lbs), be able to reach overhead, grasp objects, bend, kneel, walk, crawl, squat, climb, stretch, walk up and down the stairs and use a ladder climb up and down and stand throughout their shifts.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday: 5:00am to 1:30pm (Must be available after hours/on-call for emergencies, on the weekends, holidays, subjective to events, meetings and traveling).
- Compensation: $65,000 annually
- Key Responsibilities:
