While First Aid and CPR certification is preferred, it is not mandatory. Reliability and outstanding customer service skills are essential.

Location: Waikiki
Schedule: Monday and Tuesday 7:00am-3:00pm, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 1:00pm-9:00pm (Days off: Wednesday and Sunday)
Hourly Rate: $18.00

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol the pool area, ensuring guests are aware of safety regulations.
- Provide outstanding service in line with hotel standards and brand attributes.
- Greet guests upon arrival, distribute towels, assist with seating, and consistently deliver exceptional guest service.
- Remain knowledgeable about hotel facilities and services to effectively respond to guest inquiries.
- Identify and report any defects or hazards in the pool area immediately to supervisors and relevant departments.
- Maintain cleanliness of the swimming pool and report any maintenance issues to the engineering department.
- Ensure the pool deck is swept and watered down and that all furniture is in the correct place when setting up in the morning or breaking down in the evening.
- Keep the pool deck and facilities clean by straightening and stacking chairs, collecting soiled towels and trash, moving chairs and towels, replacing flags, and cleaning signs.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to enhance the guest experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; specialized training in pool operations or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Physical capability to lift, push, pull, bend, and move equipment and supplies as needed.
