What You’ll Do:

• Drive growth and awareness of our hospice services in the Scottsdale area
• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and the community
• Implement strategic marketing and sales plans to meet and exceed growth targets
• Educate professionals and the community about the benefits of hospice care
• Work closely with our clinical and leadership teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and high-quality care

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of hospice experience preferred
• Strong industry knowledge and established relationships in the Scottsdale market
• Proven success in business development, sales, or marketing within hospice, home health, or a related healthcare field
• A compassionate and mission-driven mindset with a passion for helping others
• Excellent communication and networking skills
