We are looking for Sales Representative for our Hospice Division working the East Valley of our Phoenix Branch!
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $75,000 - $90,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience. There is also an uncapped commission structure for this position in addition the base salary.

What you will do:
- Have a unique opportunity to help to grow our business and impact the bottom line!
- Responsible for identifying appropriate accounts/patients through review and consultation with health care professionals to assist in securing appropriate services and follow-up support
- Helps to achieve and maintain continuity of patient care by planning and exchanging information with other professionals within the hospital, long term care facilities, physician offices, medical groups, case management offices and others in the community.
Who you are:
- At least 1 year of health care sales experience, Home Health, Hospice, or Home care preferred
- Outside sales experience required
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
