We are currently hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team in Bradenton, FL, serving patients throughout Manatee County. Whether you're an experienced PT or a recent graduate, we welcome all levels of experience to apply!
Position Overview
As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain mobility and independence in their own homes. You’ll work one-on-one with patients to create and implement personalized care plans while enjoying the flexibility and autonomy of a home health setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-home physical therapy evaluations and treatments based on individualized care plans
- Develop measurable goals in coordination with physicians and interdisciplinary team
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and home safety
- Accurately document visits and progress reports in a timely manner
- Communicate regularly with team members and participate in case conferences as needed
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Florida
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- New grads and experienced therapists are both encouraged to apply!
