What You’ll Do
As a Haven Haus Barista, you’ll be trusted with creating memorable guest moments, including:
Coffee Craft
- Prepare espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, and seasonal items with consistency and care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and Instagram-worthy bar area
- Follow recipes and standards while adding your own personality into service
- Ensure accuracy and quality in every drink (because details matter!)
Hospitality Vibe
- Greet every guest with warmth, energy, and genuine kindness
- Create connections — learn names, remember favorites, make people feel at home
- Support your teammates — step in wherever needed to keep service smooth
- Communicate clearly with FOH BOH to deliver seamless guest experiences
Ownership Standards
- Restock, rotate, and organize supplies
- Support opening closing routines
- Follow safety sanitation standards
- Take initiative — see what needs to be done and do it.
