Easy Young - MODERN ASIAN CAFE, Anaheim, CA
Easy Young is growing into a modern Asian cafe featuring hand-whisked matcha, specialty coffee, bagels, bowls, and savory comfort food. We’re looking for a part-time barista to join our team as we expand our breakfast and dinner offerings.
This role is primarily focused on drinks, but we’re looking for someone flexible and team-oriented who’s also comfortable helping support the bowl line and café operations when needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare matcha, coffee, lemonades, and specialty drinks with consistency and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and organized drink station
- Restock, prep ingredients, and support daily café operations
- Assist with front counter and bowl line during busy periods
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while providing a great customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, fast, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Team player willing to support different stations as needed
- Prior café, boba, coffee, or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
- Interest in specialty drinks, matcha, and modern café culture is a bonus
Position Details:
- Part-time to start (approximately 15–25 hours/week)
- Opportunity for additional hours as we expand service
- Hourly pay: $18–21/hr depending on experience
- We operate on a no-tipping model with straightforward hourly pay
