About the Role
- Job Type: Part-time (Hourly)
- Hours: Minimum 25 hours/week
- Pay: $16.90–$17.00/hour tips

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth and attentiveness
- Operate the register, take orders, and recommend drinks confidently
- Learn and memorise our drink menu, ingredients, and preparation steps
- Efficiently craft multiple beverages at once while maintaining quality
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace throughout your shift
- Follow all health and safety standards consistently
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates
- Collaborate to ensure the best guest experience, from ambiance to execution
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand for 6 hours at a time
- Able to lift and move items up to 20 pounds
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be available at least 4 days per week
- Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week
- Availability required between 7:30 AM and 7:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday availability is mandatory
- Valid Food Handler's Card required (or willingness to obtain one before starting)
- Barista experience preferred but not required. We will train the right person.
