We’re hiring a Sales & Reservations Manager to lead Haus’s NYC reservations team. This role owns the full cycle of turning guest inquiries into confirmed, profitable reservations. You’ll act as the first point of contact for inbound leads, a trusted partner to property owners, and a growth driver by cultivating new demand relationships.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role: part salesperson, part negotiator, part hospitality professional.
You’ll work closely with our CEO to develop and execute our reservations & demand generation strategy to close high-value guest reservations in NYC. We are looking for a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to sell and close, as well as someone that can operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment with limited structure. If you are a professional who possesses great interest in the intersection of startups & luxury real estate, then this role may be for you!
What you’ll do:
Lead Management & Sales
- Take inbound leads across all channels: our direct website, Airbnb/VRBO, StreetEasy, phone, email, text, and broker referrals.
- Qualify and convert inquiries into bookings with speed, precision, and a guest-first approach.
- Negotiate lease terms, rates, and stay structures that balance revenue goals with guest needs.
Owner Coordination
- Coordinate directly with property owners to confirm availability, approve reservations, and share price quotes.
- Manage owner communications around special requests, pricing adjustments, and exceptions.
- Ensure agreements align with owner expectations while preserving Haus’s revenue and service standards.
Reservations & Guest Journey
- Execute contracts, process payments and invoices.
- Collect deposits and compliance documentation prior to move-in.
- Ensure seamless handoff to operations, anticipating and resolving issues before they arise.
Partnership & Network Expansion
- Expand Haus’s network of demand partners—relocation firms, brokerages, and corporate housing networks.
- Build repeat relationships with key accounts and identify opportunities for volume deals.
- Represent Haus at industry touchpoints with professionalism and polish.
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Maintain accurate pipeline and performance data in CRM.
- Report weekly on conversion, occupancy, ADR, and revenue.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements in lead handling, pricing, and communications.
Who we’re looking for:
- 4 years in hospitality sales, leasing, or reservations management (luxury or high-value clients preferred).
- Track record of converting inbound leads and negotiating high-value agreements.
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders (owners, brokers, guests).
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce) and familiarity with platforms like Airbnb, StreetEasy, VRBO.
- Strong communicator—polished, persuasive, and clear in writing and speech.
- High level of organization with the ability to juggle dozens of inquiries at once.
- Entrepreneurial energy: willing to build, iterate, and scale processes in a fast-growth environment.
- Based in NYC metro area
Perks and Benefits:
- This role has an all-in salary range (base bonus) of $80,000-$110,000 depending on skills and experience
- Health insurance
- Sick leave and a generous PTO policy
- A fun, motivated team in a flexible, fast-paced work environment!
