What You'll Do:
- Build scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot in an Agile environment
- Develop new features and optimize existing systems for performance and reliability
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases to support high-traffic applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business impact, not just code
What We're Looking For:
- 3 years backend Java engineering experience (Java 11 , Spring Boot, microservices)
- Strong understanding of ORMs (Spring Data, Hibernate) and database design
- Hands-on AI tool usage (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) in real development workflows not just experimentation
- Personal projects or side products you've built and launched we want to see your GitHub, live apps, open source contributions, or anything that shows you build outside of work
- Solid grasp of authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth, security best practices)
- Has shipped products independently (SaaS tools, Chrome extensions, open source libraries, revenue-generating projects, etc.)
- Works with AI as a co-pilot to accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality
- Thrives in fast-moving environments where speed and iteration matter
- Brings entrepreneurial energy you build things because you want to, not just because you're told to
