Certified/Accredited in Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB).
Dual Certification in PB Claims is highly preferred.
Experience with estimates, extracts, statements, and Gallery.

This role isn't just about maintenance; you will act as a project lead for system enhancements, ensuring our clinical and business applications are stable, compliant, and user-friendly.
Your Impact
System Optimization: Lead the planning, development, and implementation of new system upgrades and enhancements.
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate upstream and downstream data sources to resolve complex account errors and configuration issues.
Project Leadership: Provide direction for small-to-medium projects, ensuring all data on claim forms and statements is accurate and properly sourced within Epic.
Technical Support: Deliver high-level business systems analysis, data management, and quality improvement initiatives across the organization.
