Application Support, Development & Project Management:

Develop, maintain, and support web, desktop, and enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.

Manage application lifecycle activities, including design, testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.

Configure and administer IIS, SQL Server, and reporting services.

Perform database development and administration, including queries, procedures, and data integration.
-
Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and users.
-
Participate in system design to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
-
Provide on-call support and stay current with emerging technologies.
Contract Management:

Act as a liaison between users, IT teams, and vendors to resolve issues

Prioritize and coordinate work to ensure timely resolution

Communicate updates and monitor vendor performance
Partnerships, Customer Service & Consulting:

Provide training, support, and documentation to users and IT staff

Build relationships by understanding business needs and user requirements
-
Translate user needs into effective technical solutions

Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance system performance and user experience
Leadership & Project Oversight:

Lead or support system upgrades and technical projects

Monitor progress, identify risks, and keep leadership informed

Provide recommendations on technical solutions and improvements
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have the following:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a specific field of endeavor, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, etc. with 4 years of related professional experience.

OR: Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with 2 years of related professional experience.

OR: 8 years of related professional experience may substitute for the formal education at the discretion of management.
