We are seeking an experienced Data Modeler / Database Administrator with strong expertise in data modeling using ERwin, as well as hands-on experience supporting Oracle and SQL Server databases. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of professional data modeling experience and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient data structures. This position will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, supporting governance efforts, and maintaining production database environments.

Daily Responsibilities
- Create, update, and manage logical and physical data models using ERwin Data Modeler
- Perform reverse and forward engineering of database structures
- Apply data modeling best practices and maintain proper metadata documentation
- Ensure database designs meet scalability, performance, and integrity requirements
- Identify data inconsistencies, integrity issues, and assist in resolution and reporting
- Assist with duplicate data detection and cleanup
- Collaborate with architects, DBAs, developers, and analysts to convert business needs into data models
- Manage version control and maintain data model repositories
- Support data governance and compliance efforts with effective modeling strategies
- Provide production support for Oracle and SQL Server databases as needed, under the direction of the DBA Manager
- Minimum 3 years of professional data modeling experience, specifically with ERwin
- Experience with Oracle 19c and/or SQL Server 2019/2022 in a DBA capacity
- Strong understanding of database structure, normalization, and optimization techniques
- SQL Server DBA certification
- Experience with DD Boost for Oracle backup and restore operations
- Familiarity with Oracle Grid Control
- Knowledge of Oracle ASM (Automatic Storage Management)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
