Executive Assistant to the President

YOUR BACKGROUND:
- 5 - 10 years' experience supporting "C" level executives in a professional environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with staff, board members, and external partners.
- Advanced writing skills and communication skills.
- Proactive with strong problem-solving, prioritizing, and decision-making ability.
- Ability to handle confidential information, meet deadlines, and provide the highest level of client service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
YOUR ROLE IN THE COMPANY:
- Primary point of contact for President's office and liasion with board, senior management, and partners.
- Organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts, and oversee special projects.
- Balance multiple priorities.
- Work independently on projects, from conception to completion.
