Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find a talented Senior Program Manager (Workforce Planning) to support workforce planning and staffing initiatives within a large, matrixed organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and efficiency to complex processes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end staffing plan development and refresh cycles
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs from HR, Finance, and business leaders
- Consolidate staffing data into executive-ready insights and reports
- Track changes, risks, assumptions, and decisions to maintain a single source of truth
- Support capacity planning and scenario analysis for resource allocation
- Identify and implement process improvements across staffing workflows
- Prepare materials for leadership reviews and decision-making forums
- Drive follow-ups and ensure timely execution of staffing initiatives
Must-Have Skills
- 5 years of experience in project management, workforce planning, or business operations
- Proven experience partnering with HR on staffing or headcount planning
- Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience translating complex data into clear, structured executive outputs
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in large, matrixed organizations
- Background in process improvement or operational optimization
- Familiarity with capacity planning and scenario modeling
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations and dashboards

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $70 - $80 Hourly on W2.
