Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find a talented Program Manager/Coordinator for a one of the largest Healthcare companies, to drive the evolution of a product-centric operating model within a growing technology organization. This role blends strategy, execution, and cross-functional leadership, making it ideal for someone who thrives in transformation environments.
Job Title: Program Manager/Coordinator
Location: Hybrid in El Dorado Hills, CA
Duration: 6 months contract to hire.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and execute moderately complex to large cross-functional initiatives to improve IT services and operational effectiveness
- Design and implement operating model and process improvements
- Provide data-driven insights on cost transparency, service performance, and workforce utilization
- Drive adoption of best practices through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement
- Contribute to strategic planning and business case development
- Partner with cross-functional teams (technical & non-technical) to support product and solution launches
- Manage programs that span beyond immediate functional areas
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership
Must-Have Skills
- 5 years of cross-functional program management experience
- Strong executive-level stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in operating model design and implementation
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Background in Product Management or Product Operating Models
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Exposure to startup or high-growth transformation environments
Education
- Bachelors’ degree is preferred, but not required
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $40 - $45 Hourly on W2.
