Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders across functions to understand business needs and align technology solutions with strategic goals
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development and technical teams
- Serve as the liaison between business users and IT teams
- Support implementation, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise applications
- Perform process analysis and recommend system improvements to increase operational efficiency
- Prepare cost-benefit and ROI analyses for system implementations and enhancements
- Support multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely deliverables
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide effective functional support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 8 years of Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- SuccessFactors certification is required
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
- Experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- Knowledge of programming concepts / ability to read and understand code
- Experience in enterprise HR systems / HRIS environments
Salary : $55 - $60
