Job Title: Contracts and Insurance Analyst
Location: Matawan, NJ – Onsite
Duration: Full-time
Job Description:
The Contracts and Compliance Analyst is responsible for assisting the department with logistics and managing contracts, insurance, and corporate documents.
Responsibilities:
Contracts
- Maintain master file UPDATE DESC
- Properly file all executed agreements and amendments
- Send out monthly renewal and expiration reminders internally
- Review and draft terms and conditions for centrally billed DSD vendors
Trademarks
- Apply and maintain trademarks and service marks
- Assist with cease and desist letters
Insurance
- Handle all new and existing claims to ensure they are being properly processed and attend depositions as needed
- Maintain corporate insurance policies (D&O, auto, etc.)
- Ensure new/existing stores and vendors are compliant with insurance requirements
Corporate Documents
- Keep all corporate documents current (e.g. W-9s, resale certificates, PACA license, etc.)
- Annual NJ EDA grant submission
- Notarize documents as needed
Logistics
- Track and distribute daily/weekly fill rates for the primary supplier to the executive team
- Review and track OTD & Service Level contract deficiencies
- Validating fuel surcharge and drop fee reports
Qualifications:
EDUCATION
- Minimum bachelor’s degree required
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to communicate with individuals and groups
- Experience in completing projects under the pressure of deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Understanding of Outlook, Excel, and Word, PowerPoint is a plus
- 3 years of experience in a similar position
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
