Job Summary

Job Description
- Pick up and return a company vehicle daily for travel to field locations
- Assist in planting, harvesting, threshing, shipping, and weeding
- Prepare fields and seeds, conduct sampling, rogueing, and note-taking
- Perform various crop and field-related activities
- Operate farming equipment such as tractors, combines, harvesters, sprayers, or threshers
- Transport materials and equipment to and from work sites/fields
- Assist in maintenance and improvement of farm assets
- Support and follow all safety policies and attend safety meetings
- Carry out other duties as assigned
Skills Required
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Basic computer and electronic device operation skills
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
Additional Requirements
- Must pass a drug screening and criminal background checks
- Work Start Time: 08:00 AM
- Ability to lift over 25 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Capability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to bend and work at waist level or below
- Teamwork and ability to take directions from supervisors
- Willingness to work extended hours or shifts during peak seasons
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions (heat, cold, sun, mud, insects, uneven surfaces)
- Must adhere to all site safety requirements and protocols
Pay Rate/Salary
- Estimated Salary: $16.00 to $24.00 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
