We are hiring a Packaging Data Entry Specialist for a critical temporary contract role. This position is essential for supporting the migration and setup of technical packaging specifications into SAP.

If you have proven experience in master data management and a sharp eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity to ensure data accuracy and consistency, which is vital for procurement, manufacturing, and quality operations.

Responsibilities:

• Enter, verify, and maintain packaging specification data into SAP S/4, strictly adhering to established guidelines and conventions.
• Interpret and transfer information from existing documentation (drawings, databases) into structured SAP S/4 fields.
• Liaise with Packaging Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to clarify and validate data.
• Support data clean-up, de-duplication, and system integrity efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry or master data management within a packaging, manufacturing, or supply chain setting.
• High level of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with packaging specifications and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 or SAP ECC is strongly preferred.
• Education: Associate degree minimum; Bachelor's degree preferred.
