We are looking for someone who is competent, reliable, and trustworthy, with enough hands-on experience to work independently and complete tasks efficiently.Candidates must have basic tools and general maintenance experience. This position offers approximately 10–15 hours of work per week for about 8 weeks.Pay will range from $23 to $30 per hour, depending on experience, efficiency, and overall skills.We are looking for someone who is competent, reliable, and trustworthy, with enough hands-on experience to work independently and complete tasks efficiently.We’re looking for a temporary, part-time maintenance person to help tackle a backlog of smaller projects. Tasks will include drywall repair, flooring work, skylight patching, skylight blind installation, light demo, detailed vent cleaning, and moving furniture.
