Special Education Paraprofessional for Regional Resource Center

The Hartford School District is seeking a paraprofessional to join our dedicated and passionate special education team at the Regional Resource Center. Experience with vocational instruction, using augmentative/alternative communication devices, and/or adaptive equipment is preferred. The paraprofessional will work in collaboration with the program’s special educators, related service providers, and other paraprofessional staff to support students within the program. We are looking for highly flexible team members to be part of a well-established program. Candidates should have solid communication skills, a strong commitment to students, and believe that relationships come first. The Regional Resource Center (RRC) is a collaborative program serving students starting in at least ninth grade up to age 21 with developmental delays and multiple disabilities within the Upper Valley. With a team of highly dedicated individuals, students learn skills necessary to live and work as independently as possible in their community. Housed in the Hartford High School building, the Regional Resource Center focuses on the following areas.
