What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Harshman CE Group LLC?
We are seeking a qualified administrative assistant to support the clerical need of our building inspections department. For example, typical tasks will include dilligent maintenance of critical filing systems, coordination of staff scheduling, and communications with clients.
Applicant MUST have an excellent working knowedge of office computer systems including microsoft office, excel, outlook, etc. It is important that the Applicant posess pleasant and effective interpersonal skills for client communications, be self motiviated, intelligent, and task oriented. The position requires attention to detail, peronal responsibility, and high level of integrity. Our office provides a comfortable, relaxed and open work environment; however, our clients can often be demanding. At times the administrative tasks will include stressful situations and crititcal tasks necessary for the success of our staff.
